Manifesto

NVDA is the most crowded story in the market. That is exactly why this treasury should be the least reactive one on Occupy.

Every token paired to NVDAc feeds this position — including one I created. So before anything else:

I will not vote on any buyback of a token I created. Not once. If such a vote reaches the floor I will recuse and say so publicly on the day. You can hold me to that on-chain.

What I will do with the treasury:

RESERVE BY DEFAULT. Fees come in, the position grows, we keep it. A treasury with a year behind it negotiates differently from one that spends itself every month.

DISTRIBUTE FROM GAINS, NEVER FROM PRINCIPAL. Once the position is clearly above what was paid to build it, distributions to holders are worth debating. Below that line I vote no, whoever is asking.

BUYBACKS ONLY WHEN A TOKEN IS STRUCTURALLY BROKEN. Not to defend a price. Not to reward activity. And never for a token I am attached to.

ON THE COMMUNITY ACCOUNT: I post what the Senate decided, why, and how I voted — including when I lost. No hype posts about NVDA. No price commentary. If the treasury does nothing this month, I will post that it did nothing and why that was right.

You are choosing who holds shared capital. Choose someone whose incentives you can check.
